Collette Easton is an Association for Coaching-accredited coach, author and speaker who works with ADHD CEOs, senior leaders and the organisations that employ them. A three-time founder who was diagnosed with ADHD at 49, she wrote The ADHD Tribunal Files after analysing 475 British employment tribunal judgments, combining two decades of leadership experience with research into how workplace systems affect neurodivergent people.
