James Wenger

MSc Applied Neuroscience (Dist.) · executive leader & neurodiversity advisor

James Wenger is a multidisciplinary professional with executive leadership experience across technology and media, holding a Master's degree with Distinction in Applied Neuroscience and Bioinformatics. Diagnosed with ADHD at 46, with an autism assessment currently underway, he led the transformation that built inclusive, adaptive cultures and won the Times 100 Best Companies to Work For award five consecutive years, before he knew he was neurodivergent. He has managed mergers and acquisitions, including guiding businesses through the Competition and Markets Authority process, and is a member of the British Computer Society, the British Neuroscience Association and the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies. He is an expert advisor on the Tools for Schools project and the Flex Toolkit for neurodivergent pupils, an advisor and contributor to current research on the ADHD medication pathway, and co-author of the EUNETHYDIS Consensus Statement on Digital Health and ADHD, and of Diverse Minds, Shared Spaces.
