Ruth Bidmead founded ADHD Mentors, a UK practice bringing together tutors, coaches and counsellors for people with ADHD. She holds a biomedical science degree, Qualified Teacher Status and EMCC coach accreditation, with more than twelve years' teaching experience including Specialist Targeted Intervention work with pupils with ADHD and autism. She has written publicly about being referred for an ADHD diagnosis at 33 and what that changed in how she understood herself.
