Trevor Twohig is a qualified counsellor, certified ADHD assessor and Level 7 ADHD coach with 20+ years in education and senior leadership, and a later-life ADHD diagnosis of his own. Alcohol is his other specialism: a former bar owner who drank heavily from his teens, he is now alcohol-free, an Alcohol Change UK Community Champion and founder of Liquid Choices CIC.
