Advanced certified ADHD coach and founder, Adeptina

Tina Squire is an advanced certified ADHD coach and the founder of Adeptina, which provides workplace neurodiversity training, consulting and coaching. She spent over twenty years in senior corporate roles across operations, sales, HR, recruitment and strategy before retraining as a coach and then as an ADHD coach, and holds ADD Coach Academy credentials, PCC, PCAC and a qualification in Understanding Autism. She was diagnosed with ADHD in her forties, trains with the Neurodiversity Training Academy, and hosts ADHD UK's recurring workplace ADHD coach drop-in.
