Susannah Ward is an ICF-accredited ADHD life coach who specialises in people diagnosed later in life — clients in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond. She has ADHD herself, diagnosed at 52, and completed a BA (Hons) in Humanities with the Open University at 62. Her coaching emphasises letting go of a lifetime of self-blame rather than 'fixing' people.
