Sarah West is a certified ADHD coach (ADD Coaching Academy), a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of senior NHS experience, a qualified adult autism assessor and a member of the British Menopause Society, based in North Devon. Late-diagnosed herself and a parent of two neurodivergent teenagers, she works mainly with late-diagnosed or self-suspecting women on how ADHD interacts with hormonal shifts.
