Sara Donnelly

SEND consultant, advocate and trainer; founder, Three Little Steps

Sara Donnelly is a special educational needs consultant, advocate and trainer who founded Three Little Steps. She has more than fifteen years supporting children with additional needs in the UK, including three years as a primary-school headteacher, and works with schools, professionals and families on neurodivergence — with particular focus on autism and neurodivergence in girls. She is an NHS trainer on the Oliver McGowan framework.
