Penny Kennedy

Penny Kennedy is a certified ADHD coach (ICF ACC) and a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner in ADHD at Psychiatry UK. Her earlier career was in music therapy and special-needs teaching, and her move into ADHD coaching was prompted by the diagnoses of her two adult children and her husband. Her time-blindness session is one of ADHD UK's best known.
