Maddy Alexander-Grout is a money and ADHD specialist based in Southampton. Diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s, she's open about the debt and impulsive spending that came before her diagnosis, and built her work around helping neurodivergent people manage money in ways that suit their brains. Her book Mad About Money: Managing Finances (and Life) with ADHD was published by Wiley in 2025, and she hosts the Mad About Money podcast.
