Lisa Kerr founded Think Exceptionally, a neurodiversity coaching, speaking and business-consulting practice, after more than twenty years in senior financial and operational roles across global professional-services firms and regional SMEs. She holds ICF ACC and Certified ADHD Life Coach credentials alongside Fellow Chartered Accountant, HR and reward-management qualifications. She has described herself publicly as autistic and ADHD, and is a professional member of the ADHD Coaches Organisation.
