Lex Harvey-Bryn is a Level 7 executive and life coach, a Fellow of both the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Leadership, with an MBA and a diploma in CBT. She is director of Coaching Neurodiversity, head of training at Headstuff ADHD, a trustee of ADHD Liberty, and came to this work after her own ADHD diagnosis.
