Khara Schonfeld leads national studies on how learner-centred environments transform outcomes for neurodivergent young people. She spent over 25 years in education, teaching in both conventional and learner-centred K-12 schools before moving into research, and as a late-diagnosed woman and parent of a neurodivergent child, her research is grounded in lived experience.
