Consultant Adult Psychiatrist; Medical Director, The Grove Practice

James Kustow is one of the UK's best-known adult-ADHD clinicians: Medical Director at The Grove Practice, part of one of London's few specialist NHS adult ADHD services, and Director of Education on UKAAN's Executive Board. A particular clinical interest is the overlap between ADHD, hypermobility and the autonomic nervous system — the subject of this session. His book How to Thrive with Adult ADHD was published in 2024, and he has spoken publicly about his own adult ADHD diagnosis.
