Henry Shelford co-founded ADHD UK and is its CEO, after a career spanning finance, venture capital and turnaround CEO roles. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, he hosts the charity's Deep Dives audio series and its regular drop-in advice clinic, and received a Prime Minister's Point of Light award in 2022.
