Chris Benson spent 25 years in education, 15 of them as a headteacher in UK state and international schools, and was the first serving UK headteacher to publicly disclose living with ADHD. Diagnosed at 48, he is an ADHD UK ambassador and Education Lead, a TES author and a father of three neurodivergent children.
