Cat Regi is an artist and illustrator in the Peak District, diagnosed with ADHD in her 40s, who built the #Antiperfection project around letting go of getting things right. She licenses artwork to the disability charity Scope, has created work for King's College London, and runs a monthly antiperfection art session for ADHD UK.
