ADHD Aware's in-person peer drop-in at Friends Meeting House, Ship Street, Brighton, on the first Wednesday of each month. Adults 18+, no diagnosis needed, and you can bring someone with you. Free; places are released through the monthly newsletter, and around 20 people usually come.
