ADHD Discrimination at Work: Know It, Challenge It, Change It
Divergent Thinking · With Nat Hawley
What it is
Discrimination is not always obvious. This live, interactive webinar makes workplace barriers easier to recognise and gives attendees practical ways to respond without placing the burden on people with ADHD. Explore how direct, indirect and systemic discrimination can appear at work; the difference between intent, impact and legal responsibility; how bias affects recruitment, feedback, progression and support; and practical ways to challenge barriers and improve workplace practice. For people with ADHD and other neurodivergent professionals, managers, HR and People teams, DEI and L&D professionals, educators, coaches, practitioners, colleagues and allies. No diagnosis or prior specialist knowledge is required. Participation is optional, with live automated captions, cameras and microphones optional, anonymous polls and no cold-calling. Everyone who registers receives the recording. This session provides general education and is not legal advice. Free community-access tickets; £15 standard admission. Live online webinar with live automated captions, optional participation and a recording for everyone who registers. Attendance certificates are available on request.
